Pronouns allow us to keep communication flowing with or without nouns and can prevent nouns from becoming repetitive, so a pronoun could be described as a kind of workhorse tool. Highlighted below in bold type is a pronouns list including an explanation and some sentences giving examples of where they might be used.
Reflexive and Intensive pronouns may look the similar however they function differently within a sentence.
Reflexive pronouns rename the subject in a sentence. Intensive pronouns emphasise other pronouns or nouns and include: myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, yourselves and themselves.

Demonstrative pronouns refer to things in relation to distance.
This and these refer to things that are close by. That and those refer to things farther away.
Indefinite pronouns are used in place of nouns that are not specified. The following are indefinite pronouns, any, anybody, anyone, anything, each, both, either, everybody, everything, everything, neither, few, many, no one, nobody, none, several, somebody, some, something and someone.
Interrogative pronouns are used when asking a question. These include what, whom, who, whoever, whom, whose, which, whomever, whichever and whatever.
Relative pronouns can be a noun or pronoun that connect clauses with other parts of a sentence. These include which, what, whom, who, whose, whoever, whomever, whichever and whatever.
Subject and object pronouns, here the subject always take action and the object is part of the activity but does not do any acting. The example below gives David as the subject he is liking and writing, Sarah is the object, all the liking and writing is done to Sarah but not by Sarah. Subject and object pronouns function in the same way.
